WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

In this course students will learn how to build community through clay and throw with intention – every interaction with clay has purpose and meaning. In this workshop, students will go on a journey to explore throwing consistent, functional ware that has life and energy. Students will take a deep dive into creating tableware that is created for daily use, and will explore clay choice, form, function, ergonomics, and user experience. Students will also examine glaze and slip application. This workshop is open to students of all levels.

COURSE FEE: $690
